Objective of the role

Conducting in-depth research and analysis of equity securities to support investment decisions and strategies for high-net-worth clients. Provide insights and recommendations on individual stocks, sectors, and market trends, contributing to the overall investment strategy and portfolio construction.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive research on individual stocks, sectors, and market trends.
  • Analyze financial statements, industry reports, and market data to evaluate the performance and potential of equity investments.
  • Develop financial models and forecasts to assess valuation and growth prospects.
  • Generate investment ideas and provide actionable recommendations to portfolio managers and advisors.
  • Prepare detailed research reports and presentations on investment opportunities.
  • Continuously monitor and update recommendations based on market developments and company performance.
  • Stay abreast of global economic trends, geopolitical events, and regulatory changes that impact equity markets.
  • Track relevant news, earnings releases, and corporate actions to provide timely updates and insights.
  • Assess market sentiment and investor behavior to inform investment strategies.
  • Work closely with wealth advisors and portfolio managers to align research findings with client investment strategies.
  • Participate in investment committee meetings to discuss research insights and portfolio adjustments.
  • Provide support and expertise for client presentations and meetings.
  • Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with equity investments.
  • Recommend risk mitigation strategies and ensure alignment with clients' risk tolerance and investment objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and firm policies.
