Leveraging 70+ domestic funds
These are the ones that boast of stellar returns all brought under the umbrella of one single fund, which is much easier to manage. We balance the allocation between two pools of capital to create an optimal strategy for clients.
Fund of Funds
The majority of funds are deployed to top-quartile fund managers that have a solid track record and have delivered returns while maintaining consistency in strategy and team. A small portion of the fund is also deployed to opportunistic funds.
Co-Investments
This pool of capital is deployed into co-investments that stem from the underlying funds of the FoF. The purpose of this fund is to provide an additional kicker in returns through deploying in growth or late-stage bets with an exit horizon of 4 to 5 years.

For the first time, Family Offices and HNIs will be able to participate in funds through an institutional setup that is data-driven. Waterfield’s proprietary database tracks metrics such as MOIC, IRR, DPI etc on a quarterly basis for domestic PE/VC funds
